    At Peacock, I've concepted and co-host a bi-monthly workshop, where we cover Design Systems updates, best practices for file management and prototyping. I've also led the Design Systems animation team at Nick.

    Acting Principal Designer, Partner Capabilities

    Dec 2021 - Present, New York

    Product design lead, responsible for a customer-centric global product strategy with partners such as Apple TV, Xfinity, Instacart+, Spectrum, Verizon, EE/British Telecom, talktalk and Vodafone.



    Design lead for the discovery, purchase and account linking journeys for innovative bi-directional Bundle for Apple TV and Peacock across all devices.



    Drove the product launch for Charter Spectrum customers, where Peacock is available as a bundle or for purchase a-la-carte through the telco.



    Provided continuous design direction during discovery, design, build/UAT and release phases across all devices and four propositions for "Sign in without password" initiative.



    Designed, tested and implemented initiative for cohorts who have purchased bundled packages from Xfinity, offering free Peacock subscription.



    Collaborated with Product, Consumer Insights and Design Director to define, strategize and deliver subscriber growth for U.S. cable partners, rolling free Peacock customers to paid subs.

    Jun - Oct 2021, New York

    Design lead for consulting firm, focusing on health and wellness. Worked with Lead UX Designer to create critical flows and use customer insights to refine their product experience. Created hi-res visuals and prototypes, partnering with Creative Technologist to create 3-d prototype of exercise machine and tablet to foster VC investment.

    Sr. UX/UI Designer

    Aug 2020 - May 2021, New York

    Leading the visual direction for patient and healthcare professional-focused sites for oncology. Worked with internal designers to create and launch Pfizer web sites.


    Creating wireframes, site maps and journey maps for products that assist patients suffering from blood disorders, diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis for client touchpoints and testing.

  • Hudson's Bay / Saks 5th Avenue / Saks OFF 5th

    Sr. UX Designer

    Feb 2020 - Jul 2020, New York

    Created and supported a design system including pattern libraries, branding tone and animation style guides, provided guidance documentation for all platforms.


    Design lead for Hudson's Bay Loyalty Program, partnering with product owner to revamp their loyalty experience, based on marketing feedback, cunsumer sentiment, data and testing.


    Part of the UX team for Saks and Saks OFF 5th site revamp. Created wires and prototypes, identified users needs and refined with data and feedback.

    Lead Product Designer for a cross-disciplinary team for a B2B wealth management reporting system for a global financial services firm.


    Involved with the recruiting process, mentoring exceptional talent in the Digital and Innovation Labs.


    Part of the planning consortium, developing ways to identify how opportunities can be funneled to the Labs team.

    Sr. UX/UI Designer

    May 2018 - May 2019, New York

    Reported to Principal Product Designer, assisted with working through Authentication for Peacock TV, which allows users to have access to content through their cable plan.


    Worked closely with a cross-functional team to update iOS apps for Bravo, USA, E! and Syfy networks.


    Presented project progress to Product team during weekly touchpoints, and ran testing sessions for creation of aggregated content for iOS.
